Happiness is something that every human desires and pursues, but people have different options on what happiness truly is and how it is actually achieved. Some believe through wealth, some through fame and some through position. There are numerous theories concerning this.

With an estimated 350 million people currently affected by depression, happiness continues to be elusive number of people. Hence, a vital question is: what are the keys to happiness?
