We accept returns within seven days from the date of you receiving the order, accompanied by a receipt and in resalable condition.  Personalized items or Items resourced specially for you cannot be returned.

For Electronics, we have 7 days guaranteed return or you can choose to extend the warranty for a paid amount set on the order page.

It is very important and for the most benefit of our customers to create an account for their business with us.   • You can donate books to a mosque or Islamic Charity and we can help in that too. Contact us as above

Due to space limitations, we only carry new copies of required Books.  If you wish to purchase used books you can search online or check with us if some of the brother asked us to help in selling their used books. Use the contact form to do so

To ensure you are getting the correct edition, make sure to match ISBNs from your book, Book Print, Book Author and any other helpful information.

When you place your order by email note that you would like to pay by cheque. We will calculate the exact cost of your order and email the amount to you for the cheque. If you’ve placed your order with the Bookstore by email we will process it during our regular business orders and email you to confirm when it is ready for pick up.  The online store also has an option for pick up orders that you can choose instead of shipping.  You will receive an email when your order is ready.  Orders can be picked up from our premises at the Store Address.

Yes. Please place your order during Bookstore business hours.You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up our premises. You can charge the Items to your credit card when you place the order, send a cheque or cash with the friend or family member, or have them pay with cash or their own credit card when they arrive. Also, you can authorize them for the pickup by provided the name of the person picking it up.

Absolutely! Unfortunately, this website cannot generate international shipping quotes.  If you’d like to have your books shipped outside of the UK, please email us with your address, a contact phone number, and a list of the books you need.  We will provide a shipping quote for you.  At that point, we will need to confirm credit card details or Payment Methords.  If you can’t call us on out during business hours, let us know and we can make alternate arrangements. Or you can choose one of the services provided on our website at checkout. Whatever is convenient for you.

This depends on the Zone of your country or Area and on the weight of your order and the amount spent in ordering

Orders are fulfilled in 2-3 business days and dispatched in a timely manner: first received first served. The time frame of delivery is set with the services at check out. Also, the order can be tracked using the link provided on the disatch email we send to our customers
